An exciting opportunity for a Digital/Web Analyst specialist with experience in A/B testing to join digital analytics team for a global institution.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Statistics, Business and Information Technology;
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in conducting A/B testing ;
  • Ability to write test cases and ensure test plan is implemented as per plan; 
  • Familiarity with testing and insights tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO);
  • Experience to leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience and website performance;
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for making changes during testing; 
  • Familiar with user interface design patterns and User-Centered Design methodologies;
  • Strong business communications skills, strong verbal & written presentation & documentation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Certifications in VWO.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners and project team  to understand business objectives and create test hypotheses;
  • Plan and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) to improve website functionality and user engagement;
  • Analyse the test results for insights and use the data visualization tools to present the findings; 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement successful test outcomes;
  • Proactively lead the ongoing analysis and feedback loops to identify areas of improvement on the website;
  • Generate test reports with key metrics to provide information and insights about performance; 
  • Communicate key insights and test results to stakeholders and recommend future testing strategies; 
  • Understand the business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them;
  • Create awareness around risk management practices to proactively handle emerging  threats and technologies .
