We are seeking a Digital Product Executive to assist in supporting our client's digital channels, within banking and financial services industry.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or any related field;
- Has 1-2 years of experience in managing digital channel services, with a demonstrated ability to oversee operational processes and ensure seamless service delivery;
- Good understanding of incident response handling, including the ability to identify, escalate, and manage incidents in a timely and efficient manner;
- Proven experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment across departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, enabling accurate tracking, reporting, and resolution of issues;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with stakeholders.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in working at banking/insurance/financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide investigation support by tracking and monitoring customer issues escalated from front-line teams;
- Ensure timely resolution of reported issues, escalating and communicating any critical matters to stakeholders as needed;
- Collaborate closely with front-office and technology teams to provide detailed customer issue information, assisting in timely investigation, impact assessment, resolution, and root cause analysis;
- Initiate periodic meetings with technology and product partners to review and follow up on all open production tickets related to digital channel services;
- Work with cross-functional technology and product teams to accelerate the resolution of complex issues;
- Partner with journey owners to address and resolve identified gaps in the customer journey.
